I have had hearing aids for many years and have you several companies over the years, but Joel Duguay by far has been the most professional, efficient, kind, and helpful person I’ve ever had. He goes over and above trying to help you get the best price and the best product. My husband, who has been trying to wear hearing aids for years, has finally, through Joel’s help, made the transition and he is prospering from being able to hear again. It was very frustrating for him to change the batteries and clean the devices, but Joel is more than willing to do this free of charge whenever you need it. Now he has rechargeable hearing aids, and he is using them much more often. I am so grateful to Joel for helping us get the right product for him.
