Many years ago I met Joel Duguay for my hearing needs. I was uneasy and skeptical, but Joel put me instantly at ease. We went into a soundproof booth. I had my annual hearing exam today and I want to highly recommend Joel Duguay of Elephant Ear Hearing Aid Center, Inc. Joel is very thorough and knowledgeable. He let me know exactly what he was doing throughout the exam. Afterwards he patiently explained the results, compared current findings with past hearing tests and made recommendations. I noticed his interactions with some other patients and was really impressed with how kind and patient he was with some other older patients who needed extra instructions and guidance. The office is really nice, everything is new, clean and comfortable. The sound booth and equipment modern and up to date. He also does in home care.
