We had a mobile appointment with Joel, and we live pretty far from where he is actually. I really appreciate that Joel still arrived on time with all the equipment needed for the test.
My dad has been having hearing loss for years, and after the test, he tried on the new hearing aids and Joel adjust it to fit my dad better, I found it’s much easier to have conversation with my dad with the new hearing aids.
